We prefer Hand-held Digital Recorder since this is an inexpensive and portable device, and one is not tied to any one particular piece of equipment and can record the dictation at any time and place. These dictations can be sent to us by just connecting the digital voice recorder to your computer and using our secure software to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) which is accessible 24/7.
